Tuesday workouts
This was a run I could have easily punked out on.... it's kinda hot & humid here in DC area and I didn't get started until 9a. Our marathon training program has us doing anywhere from 4-8 miles today, so I could have easily cheated myself and just done 4.... but I did 8! and at below MP, 10 min/mile!! I also used a new website, iNeverSolo.com, because no one could run with me today - and I LOATHE running alone! - but it made me feel a bit safer to know my husband would be emailed if I didn't make my planned distance & time. Still, running with pepper spray is good too!

Today was PT again (starting 3x a week) - 4 stations, 5 rounds, finished with 100 butterfly situps
.25 mile sprint - played with the speeds and ended up 6.5 at some point in the 5 rounds
20 dead lift rows (20lb dumbbells first set, then 25)
15 pushups
5 tricep dips off the bench
then 30 minute Spin class
Nicely done! Sounds like you live in a not so nice neighbourhood...
