Wednesday workouts
Group track work tonight - I think it's about 7 miles but they broke it down with 1.25 mile warmup, 1.25mile cool down, and something called a "ranger run" of 2x10 repeats.... I'm thinking we're doing 200 meters repeats, possibly all out? Ugh, in 90+degrees with humidity, this is marathon training at it's finest!

Marathon training group tempo run - just 4 miles on my plan tonight. We got a break in the heat, a big storm rolled through about an hour before the run and had slacked off to a steady drizzle during the run. It made for a nice run, way better than the 90 degrees!
