Thursday Workouts

I trained with my trainer today.... fun workout called   EMOM - Every Minute On the Minute

(5) 65lb Thrusters (dropped to 55 after a few rounds)

(5)  Pushups

Then jumprope to finish the minute

10 rounds = 10 minutes of work

CRAZY but fun

 

Then a new class from a guest instructor - Piloxing -  it was fun, fast paced and probably required way more coordination than what I have to offer!

Tomorrow is my sit down with the trainer to try to work out a training plan that will work for me , with my crazy schedule and help me get my running in for half marathon training.
