Wednesday workouts

Tonight we have scheduled 6 miles of hill repeats - - and it may be slightly masochistic to complain about this but the route they have us doing is not exactly hard core.... we run thru neighborhood hills up to the top of a big hill, run down and then run up again back to start. I liked our prior hill workout where we ran up & down a big hill 3x, but I guess since this is a steeper incline, the directors know what they're doing....
