First day back to the gym

This morning bright and early I ventured back into the gym. I walked one mike on the treadmill and felt great. My legs were tired and my back started to hurt but I felt good. Come on plateau let out of here. LOL

I walked a mile on wednesday and a mile on thursday I am taking today off and tomorrow I have a trainer showing me what wwights to start on so I am hoping that helps with the weightloss.

Congratulation for joining the gym. You have to concentrate your daily meal. Eat healthy for a healthy body and healthy exercise. eat balanced diet and use fruit and natural drinks at the breakfast. Step away from junk food if you are trying to lose your weight. Give your body a healthy diet like Almonds, Green leafy vegetables, apples and blueberries. Wish you all the best.
