Wednesday workouts
With today's high nearing 90 degrees by 5p, I'm SO looking forward to our group training of 6 miles of hill repeats. Ugh. One thing about marathon training in heat, is it's gonna have me conquer the fear of others seeing too much of my excess skin. I may end up in a sports bra & shorty-shorts by the end of the season, just to not die of heat stroke!

Planned rest day for me.
Good thing too, I've got a lame foot today. I got a pedicure a few days ago and told the person not to take too much of my callus off of my foot but apparently he went to far. I started getting a hot spot yesterday when I was running and I think it made me alter my gait so the very top of my foot/ankle is hurting today. Hoping it will be better tomorrow

Wow, time to get back to more core workouts. My daughter has my abs sore. She has a personal trainer and was taking me though their workouts.
