Sportlegs, and other suppliments?
Has anyone ever used Sportlegs, Hammer Race Day Boost, or anything else like this that are supposed to help reduce the amount of lactic acid build up for endurance rides, runs, etc?
I have a 150 mile ride in a couple of weekends and was thinking of trying this to help reduce leg fatigue, etc. I've used HEED and Perpeteum from Hammer and both seem to have helped keep my legs from tiring as quickly on previous long events.

Never used it. I know a lot of people that use Infinit Nutrition custom blends for long course events.
