4 miles for me - I might as well been on the face of the sun, hot and melting! I don't know how you girls and guys do it in the Deep South.

When its hot I run with 2 hand held 18 oz water bottles and 4 8oz water bottle on my waist band.  I usually freeze some of them just to dump on my head for long distances.  ;-)    We always find a way!!

I run by two fountains in my 'hood. I might have to start dunking myself in them :)

Hello All....Well after being unable to run for the last month due to an ankle injury, on the road today and did 3 miles at a slow pace...have to say it was a little difficult w/ the ankle being a little sore, but FELT awesome being back out running w my dog Roscoe

Glad you're back at it Bill! Hopefully the ankle will hold up and not be too cranky as you ease back in.

Tough track workout with running form practice with the triathlon group - and by tough I mean my brain hurt from having to think while I run. I prefer to let my mind wander, lol. Actual distance was 2 miles.

Did 6 miles with training group - - I can't wait till the college track is open again because I actually miss track speedwork!!
