So, how are y'all moving today?

I just finished running 6 miles in just over an hour and it was PERFECT. 60ish, the sun was hidden in light fluffy clouds for most of the run and it was just slightly breezy - enough to keep me cool but not to annoy me.

I wasn't too hot until the very end, nothing hurt too badly, it didn't feel too hard. Perfect!

Congrats on having a good run!

Triathlon training tonight - I signed up for the beginner women's group - really needed something more laid back after 5 years away from the sport and I am so fricking insecure .  Tonight is fix-a-flat workshop and then swimming - wow just realized that it has been almost 5 years since I have been in the water swimming! Had to buy a new suit last night - not really too fun but I think I found one I can feel fairly confident in...and some new swim goggles.  Let's see how it goes with less of that buoyant fat on my body now!

Hi All-I did 45 minutes on elliptical as I still am not cleared to run as a result of an acute ankle sprain.  Also did some work on chest and triceps.

Nice to see all of your posts about getting up and about!

Yours in WLS Journey,

Bill Mac
