Tuesday workouts

Just got in from a great run this am - did 6.2 mi (or 10K) in 59min..... weather was great, sunny but cool, and my experiment of no drinking an hour before running is working - - didn't have to pee during the whole run!

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

VSG on 02/17/11 with

30 minutes of strength training with a trainer, then possibly a short bike ride in the evening - my husband is going to buy a new road bike and has one out for a test drive.

I usually have session with my trainer on Tuesdays, but she is booked up crazy working on our employer's 5k for Saturday and our Health Fairs next week.

 

So I did her 30min spin class and pushed myself a little further than ever before... good stuff!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!
