Spartan Sprint, has any one done one? I just registered.

OMG, I must be out of my mind. I just registered for one. I need to switch up my training and just started a couch to 5k yesterday. I must say that Beyonce looks much better in her compression garments than I do. HELP!

I haven't done that one but I've done similar.  I have a heights issue so didn't complete 2 of the obstacles, it was really a fun time and I'd do another.  I was a mess at the end but honestly well worth it.  I was in much better shape than my friend so I had to walk a fair bit of it.  HEre's my review of the Warrior Dash: http://afreshstart-hreneeh.blogspot.com/2012/09/warrior-dash -race-review.html .
