Ha, can you tell I am tired?? And I had a rest day yesterday!!
12 miles on the bike trainer. I am getting frustrated with the trainer now that I have been riding outside with a group. We go 17-20 miles in just over an hour when we are outside. On the trainer its 12- 13 and it is a killer!!! Still, its a great option with it is rainy outside.

BOSU pushup w/ knee to elbow touches
Box jumps
BOSU opposite leg knee to elbow
Then 1min sprints on elliptical, 5x, level 6 resistance
(I felt sooo dizzy before the workout, but pushed through and did ok)
Then 30 min kickboxing class
tried to get hubby to run a bit this evening.... so it was more like fast walking with a tiny bit of jogging. Meh.... I'll be running 10.5 on Sat and 7 on Sunday, so it's ok if today was useless.

Marathon relay on Saturday so it's been a weird week!
3 miles for me - very easy pace - mostly a shake out run.
I met with a running coach today. I think I'm going to put on my big girl pants and join a training group for the fall marathon even though running in front of a group and potentially being the slowest, fattest, least experienced scares the crap out of me. That stuff is all in my head, I KNOW that nobody running cares what the heck I'm doing but still I let the head stuff get in my way too often.
I'm putting it out there 10.26.13 = 26.2. Hubs is registering me for the race for my Mother's Day gift :)
