Monday workouts

Ran with my favorite running buddy in the drizzle/rain for 4.33 miles doing some hill work. Definately going to take Tuesday off as my body needs to rest!

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR  Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13(1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

VSG on 02/17/11 with

1 hour spin class then a 3 mile run in the evening - it was HOT and my first in about 6 weeks!

First day back to the gym after traveling to see my 7mth old great nephew.  I did nothing those 5 days but huggle that sweet face!!

Monday - 30 min Absolute Glutes class  (could tell I spent a week away eating garbage)

17 mile bike with my Monday night ladies ride.  I can feel myself getting stronger on the bike and I am loving it!

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!
