Thursday workouts/training

Did a quick pm run after work - - and I mean quick! Ran 2.80 miles at 8:43 average pace!! I think it was either the Tootsie Midgit that I popped in my mouth before the run (sugar before running = hyper) or the fact that it was so humid that I wanted to get the run over & done with ASAP..... Whatever the cause, I ran much faster than I was expecting.

I did a 3 mile run and also did some weight training, focusing on chest and triceps.
