I didn't realize just how exhausted I have been lately.  I have taken more naps today than I have the past month.  I did get up early and do a "favor" 5k.  A friend teaches at a special needs school and they had a 5k to raise money for their sensory gym. It was not advertised or well organized, but you could tell they had their heart in it.

My sister was there (her best friend is the teacher) and she hasn't run in a couple of months, so I stayed with her on a run / walk. My legs and hips were so dang tight and fatigued!  We managed about a 39 minute time even with the walking.

Tomorrow is rest.

I went camping with triathlon club and on Sunday we did an Open Water Swim. I swam for 57 minutes and got in 1.13 miles. It's the longest I've swum since I've started coming back from my head injury.

I rode my longest ride ever...104 miles!  In bad weather!  Cold, rain, hail...then lovely sunny warmth for the last 20 miles or so.  I was tired and my neck and bottom HURT yesterday, but today I feel great.  Well, my bottom still hurt when I rode to work.
