As a fitness professional that specializes in fat loss I would suggest avoiding this workout. Squats are a great exercise but should only be 1 part of an exercise program not an entire workout. You would be much better off with a bodyweight circuit of 10-15 repititions consisting of pushups or 1/2 pushups(never from knees), bodyweight squats, planks and inverted pullups. A squat only workout is actually dangerous.
