Thursday Workouts
Great morning with the trainer! 3 strength stations, 10 reps then to TM, circuit 5x
pushups on captain's chair handles (wrists bothering me) with knee to elbow on the "up"
25lb kettle bell one arm swing
80lb bench press
60 sec sprint on TM - 8.0 except last 15 sec of last round 8.5
I did about 10 minutes between trainer time and class time
then AWESOME 30 minute kickboxing class, my legs were cooked! So after the class my trainer asked me to show her some martial arts stuff (I earned my Black Belt in '02 and was just a couple of months from my 2nd degree when I took a break for health reasons and never went back)
Think I might try some TM or elliptical tonight
Ran 4 miles with my running buddy/coach - - we wore matching outfits!! We must be "sole sisters"!
