Monday Workouts
I have been running for about a year and half now. Love doing it, but need to change up my routine. Went back to my local YMCA today and spent some time w/ a friend designing a total body conditioning program using nautilus and free weights. Very excited as I am going to keep running, but add in some weight training too!

Despite my mega-food-orgy while on vacation, I managed to run a great 6.25miles at 10 min/mile pace! I actually felt good and wasn't too bothered by the Florida humidity.... it's crazy how my perception of the UF campus has changed, now being normal weight - it used to feel like a monstrosity to walk but now I lapped the entire campus in 1 hr!
