pushups, 18" box jumps, 15lb dumb bell thrusters
Then 20sec sprint, 10 sec rest on the TM - sprint 8.0
Then 30 min Spin class

5 miles for me then attempted some body weight exercise stuff - I wonder if I will ever be able to do a pushup. I switched from wall ones to knee push ups and after three I had noodle arms - so weak, STILL!!
You might just make it more gradual... put your hands on the edge of your bed or something slightly lower than how you were using the wall? My trainer had me use the Smith machine at the gym and gradually lowered the bar

4.5 Mile run...Also, me****rainer and am going to start doing some strength training on alternating days of the week as I want to try to do some work on overall body physique...but love my running!
