Thursday workouts/training

Ran a pitiful 2 miles at 11 min/mile pace. I'm seeing a downward trend in my pace & endurance, and not quite sure why. Maybe I'm overtraining. Gonna take a break for a few days while on vacation and see if that's the re-boot I need....

I had an epic fail day here....

Trainer workout was SUPPOSED to be:

.25 mile at 7.0 sprint then .25 at 6.0 recovery  for 4 rounds each

It actually ended up .25 at 6.7 sprint and 3.5-4 recovery for 5 rounds.  The first 2 times I had major dizziness, but then I couldn't / didn't do it because of mentally quitting because it was "too hard".  Totally disappointed and angry with myself.

Then for strength -   10 reps each, 3 rounds -  elevated pushups (gripping lower bars of captain's chair w/ feet on jump box) , jump pull ups, BOSU knee / elbow touches

I walked 10 minutes on a hill interval on the TM and then did the 30 min kickboxing class

Hoping to get another TM trip in tonight to work off some "me" frustration

No running/exercising today. Bumming, but thankful for your posts as seems as if I too am in a rut with exercising. I think I may take a few days off and start fresh on Sunday.
