I have not worked out for the past year or so, and it's killing me. I loved to walk in the mornings, and after dinner, but now I have completely NO motivation to do so. I really need to do this not only for me but my family too. Ugh...gotta get my mind right!!! Think positive, work out...see RESULTS!!! MOTIVATION, come back to me!
