Wednesday workouts!

Today Core and Upper Body Blast - 30 min class (timed stations, 4 rounds)
warm up (jacks, opposite knee / elbow plank touches, jog in place)
60 sec - chest press (15lb) w/ raise legs
30 sec - Ab clams
60 sec - 15lb pushup row
30 sec each arm - lawn mower / high pull (10lb)
60 sec side to side plank taps
Must be something in the air (either literally or figuratively) as my last few solo runs have just been MEH.... I might be overtraining a bit, so taking a break this weekend hopefully will give me a re-start. Ran 4.43 miles on Weds, was supposed to meet up with friends to do track work but the HS had a game on the field so was a no-go......
