weekend workouts

First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11, Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13, (1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.

didn't post Friday, and it was an actually good workout day
1hr Spinnerval class - 3 songs, then circuit - 3x each
Circuit was 3 stations, 60sec each station, 2x through - 35lb kettle bell swing, burpees, lateral box step (or jump but I stepped)
Then I ran errands, had an appointment, helped my mom, bought animal feed and groceries - unloaded animal feed (300 lbs + hay bale) and groceries and went to the Tabata class
20sec work, 10 sec transtion / rest, 8x each station before moving to next station
Hand release pushups, jump lunges on a BOSU, mountain climbers on BOSU, Ax chop with 10lb dumb bell from a lunge, Battle rope (single arm)
Then I did 10 minutes on the elliptical before going to the Zumba class where I actually managed to keep up!!
Saturday - took my parents catfishing so no "formal" workout - but I loaded the van,unloaded it + 32lbs of fish, helped my mom, changed her sheets and mine, did laundry, fed animals then hauled 1 wheelbarrow of fill dirt from my parent's house to mine, then wised up and loaded my truck bed instead. Used fill dirt to fill in holes (craters) dogs dug in my front yard.
Today = rest day!
