No post, but I had a great day!
6am - 1hr Spinnerval class with 10lb med ball and body weight - it was wonderfully agonizing
1215 - Tabata class - more kettle bells! I was still sore from kettle bells earlier in the week with the trainer
1245 - .5 mile hill jog
1pm - Zumba - yeah, I 'm still humiliating myself with my complete lack of rhythm and coordination
