I had an easy workout with a struggling post-op.... she loved it and wants to go again, so mission accomplished!!

10 min TM hill walk

15lb kettle ball squats, ballet bar pushups, 18# deadlift row

10,9,8, etc reps

10 low ab crunches

30 rope climbers

 

This evening heading out to the beach with my dog - probably just a nice walk

45 mile/2300 elevation gain bike ride.  I've had a bad cough for 10 days, haven't been on my Saturday ride for 2 weeks.  I did a fair bit of coughing on the ride, but our average speed was 17.7.  We haven't gone that fast since last September.  Woo hoo!

Hi All-I did a 11 1/2 mile run. Slow pace, but wanted to get a good long one in so mission accomplished!

This morning I ran with some buddies for 15min (total 3 miles) then did a walk/run with my mentees for another 6 miles, then walked with my best friend around 20min in the pm
