5min on TM at 6.0
then 25lb kettle ball swing 30 reps, 10 pushups, 35lb KB swing 20 reps, 10 pushups, 45lb KB swing 10 reps, 10 pushups
5 min TM at 6.5, repeat kettle bells sets then 2 rounds of 20 plank pulls, 20 18" box jumps
then 30 min spin class
Hope to get a short run in tonight
Got stood up by someone I was supposed to run with so did 4.5 miles at 10min/mile pace and then walked an additional mile while window shopping and generally wasting time....
