up early for the 6am Spinnerval class. Awesome circuits! ( combos for 60 sec, quick transition to next station - 8 mountain climbers, 2 frog jumps, 1 push up... 10lb squat w/ bicep curl and overhead press, burpee and jumping jacks, bent over row with chest fly, fast feet)

Noon Tabata class w/ a lot of different exercises - too many to remember, then 30 minute Zumba class
