Thursday workouts
I had a training class for most of the day, but we were let out early so I went to the gym. My trainer was getting ready to practice a new step aerobics routine so she invited me to be her guinea pig (she said if it is Lori proof it is class proof lol ). We did that for about 20 minutes, then I did a slooooow mile on the treadmill. 30 minute boot camp class (BOSU mountain climbers/ pushups, 15lb one arm sumo squat high pull, weighted bar V-ups, battle rope jump ropes - 4 rounds
Then I did the 45 minute step class and didn't make a total fool of myself! Yay for tutoring lol
