Wednesday workouts!
Hi! I'm meeting with my mentee (Team Challenge w/ CCFA) for a run this afternoon... depending on how much he wants to run, I may run a bit myself alone too. DId 5 miles yesterday and my next run won't be until Sunday (10k) so I probably can get in a really nice long run today....
First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11, Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13, (1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.
Trainer workout
- 5min jump rope to warm up (probably more like 4 since I STINK at jumping rope)
Then 30 second stations, 5 sets, 10 sec between sets - all 5 at one station then jump rope 60 seconds before next station
BOSU - 10 mountain climbers, 10 alternating knee to elbow
55lb Thrusters
jump pull ups
15lb alternating row
Then 30 minute Core and upper body class (chest press, plank, push ups, suicide jumps, one arm row, etc etc)
Hope to get a little run on the TM tonight since tomorrow I have class all day and may not get to the gym

Yesterday (Wednesday) Was Back/Bicep/ABS
AM Cardio Circuit (done on empty stomach)
100 jumping jacks, 100 mountain climbers, 40 burpees, 40 sit ups, 40 push ups, 50 cross knees (Do the whole circuit twice)
PM Lift
1 Hour Lift heavy lift. I am moving up the weight rack with my bicep curls AND dumbbell rows for my back! SO excited!
I did the one hour lift with only one 1 minute break half way through.
15 minutes of abs (12 different moves, 2 sets of 25 each move)
20 minute H.I.I.T cardio 15 on/20 off on the elliptical after
PM #2 workout
30 minute additional lift with deadlifts and bent over rows
30 minute run circuit
Yesterday was AMAZING! Today (Thursday) is Shoulders, Chest and Tri's plus cardio, calves and glutes
