Monday Monday- Workouts?
WOW. After an insanely hilly 10k on Saturday, I just knew my trainer would do upper body work today. WRONG
Trainer -
AMRAP - 25 minutes (managed 8 rounds)
4 flights stairs, 20 mountain climbers, 10 pushups, 20 squat row w/ black resistance band, stair hops (single step, hop fast)
Then:
ABSolute Glutes - 30 minute class w/ lot of squats, good mornings, reverse lunges, jumping jacks, bicycle kicks, etc
This evening - 45min Spinnerval class
