Off work at midnight, at Spinnerval to save my bike by 0530 , class at 6.  Avg HR 133, burned around 360 cals

home for a nap, then Zumba (good ab workout because I laugh at how ridiculous I look  - I have the rhythm of a wilted plant!!)

 

Tomorrow is a 10k

I am resting today. One short 3 mile run tomorrow in prep for my 1st 1/2 Marathon on Sunday.

most people try to reach fitness body and good healthy.they follow heavy exercises  every day and didn't' success.
