I was supposed to do a 3 mile run this afternoon, but between being sore and ****ty nutrition (ie not eating enough) - I got on the TM and barely managed to get 2 miles in with some run intervals but it wasnt pretty.

according to my Polar - avg HR 136, max 171, in the zone **** 153) for 23 of 37 minutes
