Just got home from work, my son is taking a cat, nap. What better time huh?
I really do not feel like it, but going to do it anyway. Skipped yesterday, so not to today. Going to get on the treadmill. A walk & jog modereation.
And walk for as long as I can? I guess. I have to cover up the time because it drives me insane to keep watching it.
I let you know how I felt afterwards.
Got to do it- got to MOVE!! to lose.
Peace-jbug

Before my lunch time workout today, I was tired, had a headache, was very *****y in general and DID NOT want to go. I forced myself to and by 2 minutes in, I felt better and when I finished, I was sooo glad I made myself do it.

Get it done ;)

Some days are just crapy like this?

Race for the Cure is an amazing experience!  I run it each year, and my daughter and her friends walk it.  It is good for all fitness levels.  You'll be so glad you did it.
