Monday Training
Worked out with the trainer today. She was sick all weekend so she spent her time planning workouts. Never a good sign lol
Warm up - Treadmill - 4min speed, 1m walk 3x (6.0, 6.2, 6.3 ... 6.3 I only did 3min then 1min at 5.8)
3 stations, 3 rounds, 20 reps each round
35lb kettle bell sumo squat high pull (touching KB to the floor on the squat)
Battle ropes/ criss cross
Med ball pushups
Then I did the ABSolute Glutes class for 30 min... woooo burn!!
Monday was "rest day" so did 30 min of walking
