Thursday workouts/training
Ran a pitiful 3 miles..... pace was good (9:30) but just still sooooo tired from last weekend's moving that I couldn't will myself to run more
First ultra: Stone Mill 50 miler 11/15/14 13:44:38, First Full Marathon: Marine Corps 10/27/13 4:57:11, Half Marathon PR 2:04:43 at Shamrock VA Beach Half-Marathon, 12/2/12 First Half-Marathon 2:32:47, 5K PR Run Under the Lights 5K 27:23 on 11/23/13, 10K PR 52:53 Pike's Peek 10K 4/21/13, (1st timed run) Accumen 8K 51:09 10/14/12.
I FINALLY ran 5 miles in under an hour by myself. I have done it before but its usually with a friend who paces me. Very happy after an uber crappy run 2 days before.
OT- my mom keeps talking about moving and it makes me panic! They have lived in the same house for 30 years and I cant even imagine the things that are in boxes and the attic.
THINKING about moving makes me need a nap!

5 squat jumps/5 jumping jacks, plank jacks, alternating side lunge / knee lift, suicide jumps
TABATA class!
pushups, suicide jumps, jump lunges - w/ jog in place and jumping jacks between
plank hand jacks (hands narrow, wide), mountain climbers, 8lb dumb bell squat press w/ jog / jj in between
