Trainer -
warmup - frog hops length of gym floor, then inch worm to plank /toe taps for 30 sec, then side squat shuffle length of gym floor to inchworm / mountain climbers 60 seconds
21,15,9 reps, stations
50lb thrusters, 35lb dumbbell swing, burpees to box jumps, plank w/ toe tap each side / jump wide
then 30 min Spin class
35 minutes on the Hamster Wheel to find my Max HR. My recovery HR is actually better than what I thought it would be.
