nice pace! I seem stuck at over 10, but I'll take it

Thursday was 30 min Spin class and 30 min step aerobics (HAHA - picture THE most uncoordinated, totally lacking grace / rhythm individual you can... and now put them in a step class). It was fun though.  I did tell the trainer I think I will get an occasional extra session just to work on step aerobic stuff for the coordination aspect of it!
