Monday Workouts.

After a weekend of only running back and forth to the bathroom....I am so tired of stomach bugs...... 45 min of reverse pyramids on the bike trainer.  

How are you starting off your week?

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

4 miles for me today. Legs O' Lead.

I hear you on the sick.... I've had a head cold since about mid September, I think. It fades away to a minor annoyance and then comes back with a vengeance.

2 miles is my limit! Took me a while before I could get myself out of the house to run. Wish I had some amazing motivation everyday.
