Tuesday workouts
Solo run this morning of 9.82 miles at 9:38 min/mile pace. The upside of my run, other than that kick-ass pace, was that I got back to my car right before the meter expired (yipee for no parking tickets!!). The bad of the run was that I made the mistake of getting a Dunkin Donuts shot of espresso right before running.... which led to a little problem at mile 5, right before I was gonna stop at a porta-potty. Ugh. Ew. Was SOOOOOO happy to get home and shower!

90 min spin class Hill workout with squats. Awesome workout if done right. Started on the bike at 5:20 for a 6:30 start.
