I ran 6.25 miles and got chased by some baby goats. Their legs were even shorter than mine so I might have been able to out run them but I decided not to chance it and stopped to pet them and feed them my emergency Fig Newtons. I

 Ran 1.75 miles, 1 hour Body Pump class, 30 min core training class..I finally feel better about my workout today.. :)

Oh, but I do! I had to take a picture for my hubs, he loves these silly goats, they are usually doing something crazy when we drive by them. It's not a great picture since I've got The.Worst.Phone.Ever.

Wednesday was group speedwork: 5.21 miles total, track work of 3x400 repeats with 400 mts recovery laps, then 3x800 repeats with a few cooldown laps at the end - - until we got rained off the track! It felt good the first cooldown lap but when we started to get squishy feet, we decided to cut it short.
