Hump Day Workouts
Wednesday was group speedwork: 5.21 miles total, track work of 3x400 repeats with 400 mts recovery laps, then 3x800 repeats with a few cooldown laps at the end - - until we got rained off the track! It felt good the first cooldown lap but when we started to get squishy feet, we decided to cut it short.
