Monday Workouts!
No running today ("rest" day. snort.) so did 5 min of fast jump rope, 30 min of Wii boxing (I hate those evil Miis. They are in a conspiracy against me and I WILL defeat them! ) and 15 min of Wii tennis (which I suck at in virtual as well as real life!). So, successful day 1 of crosstraining at home?
