Weekend's over!  What are you doing to get those hineys moving today??

I'm off to bootcamp at 5:30.

I ran 3 miles and powerwalked 1 mile Saturday-and I hiked 5 miles yesterday............

No running today ("rest" day. snort.) so did 5 min of fast jump rope, 30 min of Wii boxing (I hate those evil Miis. They are in a conspiracy against me and I WILL defeat them! ) and 15 min of Wii tennis (which I suck at in virtual as well as real life!). So, successful day 1 of crosstraining at home?

Intervals on the trainer.

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Went 30 minutes on the arc trainer and then did interval training on the leg machines while spininng in between each set. Did walking lunges and standing lunges. Good day! Sharon
