To the women that have taken their upper arms from flab to fab.
How did you do it? Which workout did you use?
My shake weight is working but I want to add something else to it.
The P90X arm/shoulder workout is awesome! I do it with 15 lb weights.

A male friend of mine uses P90x and looks amazing. Is there a special one geared for women or can I borrow his?
It is for men and women, and there is decent instruction about modifying until you can do the whole thing. I have P90X, P90X+ and P90X2, but the original, P90X is my fave.
