3 songs Spin, then Tabata (20sec work, 10 sec rest, 4 rounds) - suicide jumps, BOSU reverse lunges, plank jacks, 15lb one arm row, V-ups with 9lb bar
2 songs spin, circuit, 2 songs spin
45 minute Zumba class - more ab workout than anything because I laugh at myself the whole time
2 miles on the hamster wheel..... snowing all day long, ugh!!!
