Wednesday workouts!
Hamster Wheel oh Hamster Wheel how I hate Thee.
Missed my usual spin class this am (probably a good thing workout wise)
So I hit the Hamster wheel for Lunch and did some intervals
45 min for about 4.25 miles Only my 3rd or 4th run since the broken ribs and first time on the Hamster wheel in over 6 months.
First 5K 9/27/20 46:32 - 11 weeks post op (PR 28:55 8/15/11)

ran 5.13 miles with the pace group - no track speedwork because they forgot to turn on the lights on the field!!

6 very difficult miles - still experiencing fatigue from my 10 mile long run last Saturday. I pushed through though, just had to take a few additional rest breaks. I gave myself the option to cut it short if I felt I couldn't make it - somehow knowing I have that permission makes it easier to complete the workout. Oh the mind games I have to play with myself!
