Manic Monday Workouts?

Rain, rain, rain here in central NC today.
I ran about 6 miles in it. I forgot to hit the button on my Garmin until I was about halfway through. My last 3 miles were at a 9:06 pace. So, maybe that's all I need for a little pep in my step - a torrential downpour.
I hit the gym before work with the intention of running a bit on the TM. After about 3/4 mile my knee started acting up. I walked the rest of my 40 minutes for 2 miles total. I banged out some free weight training after that.

4 full's - 14 halves - 2 goofy's and one Mt. Washington!
ABSolute Glutes class - all legs today, wow (weighted lunges / squat shuffle/ squat hops / good mornings etc), scissor kicks, lower ab crunches, etc,
Spinnerval - 3 songs of spin, then circuit ( 4 stations of 1 minute each - BOSU pushup shuffle, resistance band thrusters, dumbbell alternating row, squat hops/jump lunges ), 2 songs (including the 7 minute "Painkiller" for sprints), circuit, 2 songs
