60 minute spin class AT intervals total suffer fest. Started with a 30 minute warm-up before class.

2 1/2 hours in the gym today - 1 hour of yoga, 1/2 hour treadmill, then 1 hour body pump class. Feel the burn!!!!

1200m of drills and laps.  I. AM. TIRED.    And I apparently used my core, cause damn it all hurts (in a good way!)

Lots of 5K's, 10K's., 4 1/2 Marathons, 3 Sprint Triathlon done. 2 Olympics and my  First IRONMAN 70.3 September 2013 and First Full Marathon Dec 2013  !!!!!

Group speedwork: "ladders" of 1x400, 2x800, 1x1000, 1x1200 and back down, with recovery laps in between, and 2 miles warm up before track work.

Paul, I saw your entry on MFP and that was some insane calorie burn! I may just have to up my game.....
