TM run - 5k in 38 min (a couple 30 sec walk breaks). It was painful and probably pushed too hard but felt good.

workout with the trainer - 30 minute AMRAP, 4 stations w/ 20 reps + TM sprint at 7.0 for 1min
45lb push press, box jumps, jump pullups, captain's chair crunches, TM .... I managed 4 rounds; last 30 sec on TM she put it on 8.0. My short little legs were crazy lol
Then I did an easy 1/4 mile on the elliptical waiting for the kickboxing class to start - 30 min there
Ran 2.79 miles at 9:15m/m pace, apparently to make up for the crap job I did at speedwork the day before....
