Tuesday Workouts
Trainer - 45min
Treadmill hill climbs @ 4.5mph - jog 5 min w/ incline increase every minute, walk 1 minute, repeat (I gassed out... completely :( but finished)
Then circuit - 4 stations, 21/15/9 reps
BOSU burpees, resistance band squat row (blk band), ab crunches, resistance band squat shuffle w/ overhead press (blue band)
30 min Spin class
I managed a 2 mile run in the beautiful 60 degree weather - it was perfect. Well almost - I was totally winded after the first 1.25 miles, but I managed to finish with an avg 12:00 pace.
My goal was to build up a solid 3-4 mile base before 1/2 marathon training begins in march sooo it looks like I might be able to accomplish that.

really challenging 90 min spin class tonight... Paul and I were able to get bikes (very popular class, you have to be at least 20-30 min early to get a spot). i nearly puked on the last interval!
right now. somewhere. somebody is working harder than you.
If I get chicked it won't be the first and it won't be the last.
I was chicked at Augusta last year but one made it really worth it
