Monday (National Championship Game Day- Roll Tide!) Workouts!
Well... I can't bring myself to say .... RTR.... even though I am born and raised SEC. Seriously, can't stand about 90% of the fans - the team and especially QB are awesome. lol
Noon ABSolute Glutes class... tons of squats, lunges, box jumps, split squats, squat / hips, etc then core and back work
Jogged 1/4 mile uphill on the TM straight from the noon class... just to push myself a little further when my quads were crying
this evening did Spinnerval - 3 songs spin, then circuit (pushup row w/10lb dumbbell, squat jumps, bentover row / fly, leg climbers, suicide jumps.... alternating 30-60 seconds each station) then spin, then circuit, then spin
