Saturday was a "rest" day - since I'm doing a January streak challenge, just did a slow 1 mile - - but Sunday was group long run of 11 miles. And our training program director, in her wisdom, chose a trail that was closer to ice skating than running! Meh, at least she sent an apology email, and no one in our pace group fell! Amazingly.

Nada on Saturday - stopped a soccer ball with my face early in the a.m. and laid off the rest of the day.

Sunday, I ran 4.35 miles in about 46 minutes, slow and steady :)

Saturday was an 8 mile long run and averaged just under 12 min/miles. Longest run ever in time and distance.

Oh, and had my first ice bath for my legs - OMG! However, now on Monday my legs feel fully recovered Yay!
